One hell of a project from start to finish! After purchasing the home at an auction, we had some legal issues dealing with a squatter and finally was able to begin rehabilitating this perfect bungalow back to its original shape.

The most significant change, besides the exterior was changing it from a duplex to a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom with an open floor plan.

NEWS
We are going to be attending a Houzz Event on Thursday, February 23rd at Room & Board, come visit us.
